KDF Mart Refund Policy
We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter an issue with a product, we offer a straightforward refund process under specific conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Timeframe
- Refunds are available within 3 days of receiving the product.
Product Condition
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Items with broken seals, damaged packaging, or missing components are not eligible for refunds.
Invoice Requirement
- A stamped invoice from the time of delivery is mandatory for processing a refund request.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a voucher equivalent to the purchase amount.
- The voucher will be:
- Valid for one month from the date of issuance.
- Redeemable on KDF Mart’s online platforms (website and mobile app).
- Usable in a single transaction only and cannot be split across multiple orders.
Refund Process
Submit a Return
- Products must be returned to one of the designated KDF Mart locations (see below).
- If you are located outside Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, or Islamabad, you may ship the product to the nearest store.
Quality Check (QC)
- Returned products undergo a QC verification process to confirm eligibility.
- Refunds will only be issued after successful QC clearance.
Voucher Issuance
- Once approved, a voucher will be provided to the customer for future use.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Packaging Issues: Products returned with broken seals, damaged boxes, or missing components.
- Incorrect Returns: Items returned that do not match the original order.
- Damaged Products: Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
