KDF Mart Delivery and Return Policy

At KDF Mart, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you encounter any issues with a purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process within 3 days of receiving the product. Please review the terms and conditions below for details on our return and refund policy.


1. General Terms and Conditions

  • Returns are eligible within 3 days of purchase, subject to quality verification.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a voucher valid for one month, redeemable exclusively on KDF Mart’s online platforms (website and mobile app).
    • The voucher can only be used once in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple orders.
  • After 3 days, no returns or refunds will be entertained unless the issue falls under the product's manufacturer warranty.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Product Condition

    • The product must be unused and in its original condition without any damages or flaws.
    • All original tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
    • The product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging.
      • Avoid applying tape, stickers, or markings directly on the manufacturer’s box.
  2. Documentation

    • A stamped delivery invoice is required to process a return or refund claim.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a voucher upon successful Quality Control (QC) verification.
  • For prepaid orders where the product is not received, the refund will be processed through the original payment method based on the payment partner's timelines.

3.2 Return Locations

  • Products must be returned to one of the following KDF Mart stores:

    • Karachi: Safari Store
    • Lahore: Thokar Niaz Baig
    • Faisalabad: Lyallpur Store
    • Islamabad: Capital Store
  • Customers outside the cities listed above can ship the product to the nearest KDF Mart store. The product will undergo a QC check before any refund is processed.


4. Non-Refundable Conditions

KDF Mart reserves the right to decline a refund or return in the following cases:

  1. Packaging or Seal Damage

    • Items returned with broken seals, damaged packaging, or missing components are not eligible for refunds.
    • If the item is claimed to have been received with a broken seal, this will be verified through QC and delivery records.
  2. Incorrect or Incomplete Returns

    • Products missing any original components, such as tags, manuals, accessories, or freebies, will not qualify for a refund.
  3. Wrong Product Returned

    • If the returned product does not match the original order, the refund request will be declined.

5. Special Scenarios

5.1 Damaged or Defective Items

If a product is damaged during delivery or has a defect:

  • Report the issue within 3 days of receipt.
  • After QC verification, a voucher refund will be issued if the damage is confirmed.

5.2 Missing Items or Accessories

  • For products with missing parts or accessories, refunds will be issued after confirmation with the supplier and delivery records.

5.3 Wrong Product Delivered

  • If an incorrect product is delivered, the customer may return it for a voucher refund upon QC confirmation.

5.4 Non-Delivery of Prepaid Orders

  • In case of non-delivery of a prepaid order, a refund will be processed via the original payment method after verification with the delivery partner.

6. Warranty Assistance

After the 3-day return window, customers experiencing technical issues are advised to contact the product's manufacturer warranty center.

  • Our customer support team can guide you to the nearest warranty center for assistance.

7. How to Return a Product

  1. Ensure the product meets all return conditions.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Bring the product and stamped invoice to your nearest KDF Mart store, or ship it to one of the designated return locations.
  4. Allow 3–5 business days for QC verification. Once approved, the refund will be issued as a voucher.
