Welcome to the Khan Dry Fruits Seller Platform, Pakistan’s trusted marketplace for premium dry fruits and nuts. By joining our platform as a seller, you agree to the terms, guidelines, and conditions laid out in this policy.

This policy is binding and must be accepted by all sellers before their store is made live.

📌 1. Eligibility & Onboarding

To register as a seller on Khan Dry Fruits:

1. Your business must be a registered dry fruit store
2. We do not allow stores that sell non-dry fruit items (e.g., cosmetics, clothing, electronics)
3. You must operate a physical shop or outlet in a market
4. The shop must be well-established and recognized in the local area
5. You must submit:
6. Front-facing photo of your store
7. Interior photo clearly showing shelves and dry fruit inventory
8. You will be provided access to our Seller App and backend panel for store management
9. Sellers also get access to official Khan Dry Fruits Hotel Partner Facilities (if applicable)

🤟 2. Trial Period

1. Sellers will receive a 15-day free trial with 0% commission on all orders
2. During the trial, sellers must fully follow platform quality standards
3. After the trial ends, standard commissions and rules apply

💰 3. Commission & Charges

1. After the 15-day trial, a 20% commission is charged on each successful order
2. A one-time non-refundable registration fee of PKR 5,000 is required to activate the store
3. This fee covers access to the seller app, listing support, and backend panel

📦 4. Product Quality & Fulfillment

Sellers are responsible for delivering:

1. 100% authentic, hygienic, and fresh dry fruits
2. Proper packaging with accurate weights
3. Orders in full with no substitutions unless approved by the buyer

If a customer reports a product issue (damage, fake, expired):

1. The seller is fully liable for replacement, refund, or resolution

⚠️ 5. Fake Orders & Misuse

1. Fake orders or fraudulent shipments will result in immediate account suspension
2. The seller’s payout will be withheld
3. Legal action may be taken for repeated offences.

Khan Dry Fruits is a recognised national brand, and we do not tolerate any dishonest practices.

📝 6. Required Documents

All sellers must provide:

1. Valid CNIC (ID card)
2. NTN number (registered tax information)
3. Product documentation (source origin, ingredients, certifications)
4. A photo of a business checkbook for banking verification
5. Photos of the store exterior and interior

Fake or altered documents will result in a permanent ban.

🏢 7. Physical Outlet is Mandatory

We only register physical dry fruit outlets. This ensures:

1. Same-day delivery reliability
2. Trust for local customers
3. Faster issue resolution

Home-based, warehouse-only, or online-only sellers will not be approved.

🚚 8. Same-Day City Delivery Model

To improve delivery speed and local customer engagement:

1. Khan Dry Fruits aims to register at least 2 outlets per city
2. These sellers must offer same-day delivery for orders within their city
3. Sellers must have reliable in-house delivery or rider system
4. Same-day delivery performance will be monitored strictly

If a seller delivers late or fails to fulfil the order:

1. Their account may be suspended
2. Payouts may be withheld

🚜 9. Courier & Logistics Options

Sellers have the option to manage deliveries through:

1. Their own courier or rider system (preferred for same-day delivery within city)
2. Or use Khan Dry Fruits' logistics partners, including:
3. Leopard Courier
4. TCS Courier

When using our courier services:

1. Orders will be picked and shipped through our network
2. Seller payouts will be made after 15 days of successful delivery confirmation

💳 10. Payments & Payouts

1. Payouts are made weekly/bi-weekly to the seller's verified account
2. Funds are only released after order delivery and confirmation
3. Refunds (if applicable) are deducted from payouts
4. Payments may be held in case of order disputes or late fulfilment.

📊 11. Store Management & Seller App

1. Sellers receive access to a custom Seller App for product uploads, inventory, and order tracking
2. Must regularly update pricing, product photos, and stock
3. Training will be provided during onboarding

📚 12. Marketing & Promotion

1. Every seller is responsible for managing their own marketing and digital advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google
2. If a seller wishes to be promoted by Khan Dry Fruits' marketing team, a weekly fee of PKR 10,000 will apply
3. Under this paid plan, Khan Dry Fruits will handle online promotions, digital ads, and boost sales on the seller's behalf
4. The orders generated through our marketing efforts will be routed directly to the seller for fulfilment.

🔒 13. Policy Enforcement

Violation of any policy term can lead to:

1. Suspension or termination of the seller account
2. Delisting of products
3. Permanent ban from platform
4. Reporting to legal authorities (if fraud is involved)

✅ 14. Acceptance of Policy

By registering, the seller agrees to:

1. Provide only authentic and high-quality dry fruits
2. Deliver orders on time, especially within the same city
3. Take full responsibility for product issues
4. Accept commission terms and verification requirements
5. Operate only through a verified physical outlet
6. Manage their own marketing unless subscribed to our paid marketing services
7. Choose between own courier system or Khan Dry Fruits logistics partners with a 15-day payout cycle

Only upon approval of these terms and successful documentation review will the seller store be made live.
